The Assistance Beyond Crisis (ABC) program is now in its second year. In that time SERVICE ONE Alliance Bank has funded almost $100,000 in micro-finance loans to support families escaping domestic violence.

As a strategic partner and founding investor od Assistance Beyond Crisis, SERVICE ONE is working closely with C.A.R.E. Incorporated, who manage the program, to ensure families escaping domestic violence situations that are caught between crisis and needing to re-establish their lives are receiving the support they need.

Donations of $296,000 over past two years.

The Assistance Beyond Crisis program provides a suite of support services including interest free micro-finance loans, financial counselling and legal advice. Community and business are also playing an important role with more than $296,000 received in donations over the past two years.

The program provides advice and access to funds that assist with the basics like rent, medical fees, school fees or white goods. This independence helps families get back on their feet and begin to re-make their lives after an extremely challenging and stressful period.
